I found Dr. Glazer when my daughter had an abscess develop on a Friday afternoon. Her previous local dental group couldn’t get her in earlier than one week out. Called around feeling like this abscess couldn’t hold out for a week, voilà Dr. Glazer!! First, my call was answered after hours and there was a genuine concern when I mentioned abscess. Then, I was urged to bring her in at 7 o’clock the next morning (Saturday).The next morning aside from the immediate care she received before office hours began, she was kept comfortable and at ease. I was informed that my dental benefits had been exhausted for the year and I fully expected the other shoe to drop. Instead they charged me the discounted insurance rate that I could actually afford. Dr. Glazer and her staff were phenomenal, professional and very friendly. They are officially our family dentist, I couldn’t recommend them more!

Scheduled a last minute 2pm appointment to X-ray and extract/ and we were in and out in less than 25 minutes! While getting his tooth pulled, they went above and beyond to make him comfortable. TV, Movies, iPad.............AND, my kiddo left with a few surprises from the treasure box! Thank you for making his first visit soooooo welcoming and pain free!! Will definitely be back!

I've had bad luck finding a good dentist in Plano since moving here in 2007. All the previous dentists I've been to have pushed all sorts of unwanted cosmetic dentistry products on which I'd prefer not to spend money. I had to drive to Hurst to find one that wasn't pushy, but I became tired of the drive and decided to look close to home again. After going to another dentist in Plano that botched a filling, I found Dr. Glazer's clinic while doing an online search, saw all the 5-star reviews, and decided to try her. It was an absolutely fantastic experience. I went in for my exam and cleaning and that's what I received. No high pressure sales. They listened to what I wanted and were happy to oblige. The staff were fun and friendly. I had to come back to get my filling fixed and Dr. Glazer was gentle and thorough. I talked my wife into switching to them and she was pleased as well. If you choose Dr. Glazer I highly doubt that you'll be disappointed. Thank you Dr. Glazer and staff.

When I came through the door for my appointment, Kellie was quick to greet me with a beautiful smile and kind words. She was courteous and took the time to talk with me and make me feel welcome and appreciated. Then Stacey escort me to the room where I was to have my dental procedure. As always, Stacey was professional, courteous, and went out of her way to make me feel welcome and comfortable. She even pleasantly allowed me to ramble on as I talked and got to know her better. I learned we had a lot in common as far as kids and family. She made me feel at easy with her caring demeanor and her angelic looks. At that moment, I could not have been in a more relaxed state for my procedure. Then Brittany came into the room and was attentive, professional, and confidant as she expertly and compassionately completed my dental procedure. Even though I did not see Jordan on this visit, Jordan is always accommodating, friendly, and concerned. Jordan even called me today to ascertain how I was feeling. Everyone I have had the pleasure to meet at Dr. Glazer's office has been friendly, outgoing, concerned, and just good people. I am very fortunate to have chosen Dr. Glazer and her staff for my dental needs. I would recommend them all to anyone in need for a much better experience for their dental needs. They exemplify what I could only hope to expect from a first class dentist and staff. Thank you all!

Way way way beyond my expectations!. I thought I was going to die in the chair but Dr. Glazer was very quick and gentle. Before I knew it, it was all over. She replaced an old filling . I was in and out within 30 minutes feeling good. I’m glad I had ‘dumped’ my previous dentist!

My 2 and 7 yr olds had their first visit at this practice today. This was my 2yr old’s first visit to the dentist and it was amazing. The doctor and staff were exceptional. She loves the dentist and wants to go back. My 7yr old was anxious about the dentist because of other practices. He has never let anyone take X-rays or polish his teeth. Dr. Glazer and her staff were able to do all of those things today! Dr. Glazer, Jordan and Hailey are amazing. They were patient, kind, and attentive. We will definitely be back.

I called and left a message after hours when I broke my back molar. The office called me back before they even opened the next business day. They got me in that morning as a new patient, did all the work to prepare my tooth for a crown and made sure I got out in time for a doctor’s appointment I had. Loved Dr Glazer and the entire staff! My husband and I picked this dentistry due to the reviews and cleanliness we read about. I like when the staffs dis-infect the area right in front of me because it shows they are very clean. The staffs are very sweet and very attentive. They love to chit chat and very friendly. Dr Glazer is very informative and very sweet too. I also received a cute t-shirt and a coffee cup with dental stuff in it. It's so cute! I will definitely recommend this place to my friends.

Family friendly dentistry!
Dr Glazer and her team make the kids feel safe, they explain what they are going to do before they start. They not only ask parents questions but they also ask the kids, and they listen to the kids and answer their questions.
In the past year, between the family members we've had almost over a dozen appointments. We've had x-rays, cleanings and cavities filled, and the clinic makes it as pain free and anxiety free as possible.
(The clinic does a lot more than that, but we haven't needed those services.)
As long as Dr Glazer is here, we'll be coming back.

A tooth emergency had me calling Glazer Family Dentistry at 8 a.m.today. Not sure what to expect as a new patient but by 10 am Technician Jordan had me in the office with paper worked filled out, Tech Staci had all the necessary x-rays completed and within minutes Dr. Glazer had my fears alleviated with a simple fix to the problem of a cracked tooth. Even the dreaded hated blood pressure required data had me laughing and joking. We have found our new dental home. And..added bonus...ask about their dental plans!!

They are very sweet, patient and kind. My 7 yr old was terrified during the x-ray process but they let him calm down, explained what was going to happen and then moved forward. He also loved the prize from the treasure box at the end. Netflix, while your dental needs are being taken care of, is a big hit because your focus is elsewhere. We will continue to see Dr. Glazer and my parents have their appointments set up now.
